Quote Estimates

All quotes provided by Alan Londono Remodeling are:

• Free of charge – Initial estimates come at no cost to you
• Estimates only – Final pricing may vary based on project scope changes, material costs, and unforeseen circumstances
• Valid for 30 days – Quote validity period from the date of issue
• Subject to change – Based on final measurements and material selection

A detailed written contract will be provided before any work commences, outlining all costs, timelines, and project specifications.

Project Timeline

Project timelines provided are estimates based on typical conditions. Alan Londono Remodeling is not liable for delays caused by:

• Supply chain disruptions or material availability
• Weather conditions
• Permit or inspection delays
• Changes to project scope requested by the client
• Force majeure events

We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact on your project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service contract and typically include:

• A deposit may be required to secure your project start date
• Progress payments may be arranged for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of work
• Payment methods: Cash, Check, Bank Transfer (details in contract)

Warranty & Guarantees

Alan Londono Remodeling stands behind our workmanship. Warranty terms include:

• Workmanship warranty provided on all completed projects
• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used (typically 1-25 years depending on product)
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural wear, or third-party actions

Limitations of Liability

Alan Londono Remodeling shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Damages arising from circumstances beyond our control
• Pre-existing conditions in your property
• Client-provided materials or fixtures

Our total liability is limited to the value of the contracted services.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and project needs
• Ensure access to the property at agreed-upon times
• Make timely decisions regarding design, materials, and approvals
• Provide feedback and communicate changes promptly
• Settle payments according to agreed terms
• Maintain adequate insurance on your property

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a project:

• Cancellations made before work begins: Deposit may be refundable (minus administrative fees)
• Cancellations during active work: Payment for work completed plus any committed material costs
• Written notice required for all cancellations

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation in Rhode Island.
